weird question???

I have 2 dogs, a Maltese and a Yorkie. They will both be turning 1 Dec. 16, and we got them both together so they have grown up together and all that. The maltese is a bit more shy and reserved while my yorkie is more out going and yappy. I have always been more attached to the maltese cuz he's more sweet, hes a mommy's boy and the yorkie likes my husband more since they play rough and is a bit aggressive.Ever since I've been pregnant, the yorkie has slowly become more clingy with me, especially now. I'm 37 weeks and he will literally whine as soon as i get up so that I can pick him up and pet him. He will also always want to lay next to me or close to me, he always wants to be where I am and even sometimes if my husband or the maltese get close he will growl at them and won't let them get close. so now the question is could he be getting jealous of the baby? Does he even know that pretty soon there will be another family member in our house? And has anyone been through something similar with their pet?

I have a small Chihuahua mix just over a year old and she seems to be nothing but a mommy's girl especially here at the end of my pregnancy. I am 41 weeks and she stays under my feet and by my side almost constantly while at home. She hasn't been agressive or started to growl at people when they are near me, but I too wonder how she will handle having a baby in the house. Many people have told me she will be jealous and act out at first. I've just tried to let her see all the baby's stuff and maybe she will get the hint that she's not about to be the only baby anymore lol
