Went it, baby was measuring 5 weeks 4 days. I should have been 6 weeks 4 days. Hormones were at 10500. They couldn't find the heartbeart, so I go back in on the 7th. I have had menstrual like cramps with no bleeding, and morning sickness just recently starting with the first vomiting in the afternoon yesterday. Should I worry so much? This is my first pregnancy. I'm sure everything is just fine. That is still veryyyy early I was about 7 weeks and they could barely see the little flicker of the heart it was so tiny. Just watch for any signs but normal menstrual cramps are a regular thing without bleeding. Sounds like you're okay :)

I don't think you should worry as long as you aren't cramping and bleeding.  It's common for babies to measure a week or two off and finding the heartbeat that early is hard.
