I want to start drinking the RRTL but I don't know were to purchase??

Also what's best the tea or the capsules??

Ive heard that you should at least drink it once a day. But on your way to hospital right before full blown labor...make some tea but let it steep for half an hr and that supposedly helps even more.

Remember, it needs to be red raspberry leaf, not just raspberry. I could only find it at the natural food stores. I have the zinger tea, but I looked at the ingredients, and I dont think it's the right stuff. Also, I am taking the capsules....,I couldn't drink that much hot tea right now!!!

Anyone taking evening primrose oil as well??

You should get it at a health food shop and make sure it only has red raspberry leaf in it, the tablets can be easier to take, and you will need to take at least 3 cups of the tea everyday

Thx lady's I am going to go to GNC and see if they have it there if not then I am going to try Walmart! I am still early almost 36 weeks but my doc. Said I can deliver any day I am just so uncomfortable because I keep on getting contractions but there very irregular from all I read even if it doesn't help me contract I will have a faster labor when time does come!!

I think you can find it at most drug stores and i think even Walmart, kroger, or most grocery stores. I got the regular raspberry zinger tea and i started having some contractions between a hour and two later but I'm not sure if they caused my cervix to dilate cuz i didn't go to the hospital, they didn't keep going though, and I'm not sure which form is supposed to work better, I've mainly only heard of people drinking it though. The capsules may work but i would think it would take longer to get in the system.

The tea you can buy at Vitamin Shoppe. That's the only place I found it at.
