I had symptoms! It felt like my heartbeat became irregular. I literally felt my heartbeat and my boys but didn't know at the time. I was so scared. I would black out literally while walking somewhere. I also had normal pregnancy symptoms, such as morning sickness, major headaches and sore breasts. I knew I was pregnant but didn't know it was twins until I had an ultrasound.

I had 0 symptoms until week 10 of my twin pregnancy.   I also never had morning sickness or sore breast my entire pregnancy.  
There no exact symptoms for a twin pregnancy .  Every pregnancy is different.

Very high levels of HCG. I wouldnt say theres specific symptoms but normal pregnancy symptoms are much more intense. Youll also show a lot early.i had a bump from 8 weeks... I had all the normal pregnancy symptoms but ended up in hospital because it was so severe...Thats when I found out lol good luck
