Update on First Appointment!!
I'm back ladies!!! Well our first appointment went very well. They took a urine sample..very Pregnant!! Than hubby & I sat with our doctor and talked and talked and talked. We seriously asked her every single question in the book, from foods, drinks, exercise..whats going on inside me etc etc. And I just felt SOOO much better. I got all my questions answered..so I know whats okay and not okay for me to do. And she made me feel very positive about this Pregnancy too.
Then she did a Vaginal Exam, she said everything looked perfect!! And than she felt my uterus and she goes oh WOW yes I can feel that you are about 6 weeks! She said it was great that she could tell that just from touch! I was soo excited!! Her face just lit up!! Hubby was all excited. So she said everything looks great so far. Tomorrow I am going to get my blood taken (the lab closes at 4 so I didn't get it done today) so I'm going at 5:15 tomorrow evening to get HCG and some other blood tests taken AND she's calling tomorrow to schedule my FIRST U/S!!!!! Its even possible that I will get in THIS WEEK!! OMGGGGG that made a smile beam from mine and hubbys ear!! She's calling me tomorrow before 3 to let me know when my U/S appointment is, I can't wait!! So basically all my testing should be done this week and I should have way more info. Which is such a relief!! I just can't wair for the U/S..I feel so positive!
She also weighed me and says I am very healthy but she'd like to see me gain 30 pounds! I was like ahhh SURE NO PROBLEM! LOL (she says while munching on crackers and cream cheese) haha I'm always so hungry!
So that is basically the update, it went really well and I feel so good. She also gave me samples of this NEW Prenatal Vitamins that in studies have been proven to help/lower the chance of M/C..and it has DHA in it which is I guess is one of the best vitamins out there when Pregnant. So if anyone would like more info on it let me know!!!

Thanks Mea :) I went in for blood today and OMG they took like 10 tubes of blood! I was like holy ****, am I going to be able to walk outta here?? My hubby was like "is she going to be dizzy after this". It was nuts!
So I assume the results should be in by tomorrow or Thursday, so I'm looking forward to hearing from my Doctor. Than the big U/S on Friday!!! WOOT WOOT!

awwww...I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma. That is a great way to honor your grandmother!!! Good luck and I'm praying for you and your grandma.

Yes I will find out my due date soon, I can't wait!! My doctor says I am at least 6 weeks by the feel of my Uterus but I still say I'm due Feb 1st! My grandma is really sick, we just found out she has Pancreas cancer...I found out I was Pregnant a couple weeks after she was admitted into the hospital. We were told she doesn't have much longer to live..could be a month..2 months..etc. And her birthday is Feb 1st. So I just have the strangest feeling in my heart that I Ovulated late and that will be my due date.

Congratz. I am so happy for you. Keep us updated on what your HCG levels are and what you estimated due date is.... Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months...
congrats!!! friends of ours went through the miscarriage twice in a year, so she just recently found out she was pregnant! and when i told her it was a boy and i was due in oct, she just nonchalantly was like "oh yeah well i'm due jan 7th"!!! i was soooo surprised! i think she just missed a period, and was getting superbly worn out, usually she's really outgoing.....but she hasn't really told anyone, cos the m/c's....but she had her 1st appt at like 5 weeks, and they got a HB of 103, but she went back last week and at 7 weeks, it was 153!!!!! so i'm really happy for both of you! sometimes, you have the bad before the good!!!

My husband had a feeling/vision that I was Pregnant...and I noticed I was eating more (but thats normal when AF comes) and I was late for AF but I figured it was all normal because my Periods were all messed up due to my M/C's...but that was really it. And we weren't trying AT ALL so I thought nothing of it. I mean if we tried and tried for 10 months and nada what are the odds? So I only tested because the morning I woke up and was making hubby breakfast, the second I cracked the egg I thought I was going to hurl! Than I got all dizzy, sweaty and sick to my stomach. I had to lay down it was so bad..and I thought hmm thats odd! So I tested and BAM right away BFP!
Since then just lower achy pulling sensations, headaches, tired and hungry!! Oh and peeing ALL the time! :) It's your turn next girl, I'm praying for ya!!

PS...did you have any pg symptoms? Or did you just figure, you'd just test since your af didnt come? Just curious.
Again so, so so happy for you. You deserve all the happiness in the world! I hope my turn happens soon. Its going to be a year since M/C soon. Actually in August. Concerned why it hasnt happened yet.
