Cramping upon waking up?

I've noticed EVERY morning I wake up, I'm crampy, it goes away within an hour or so, but it's starting to worry me! I sleep kind of on my stomach with my leg out, or on my side, is it time to switch to just my left side? Maybe dehydration? (Even though I drink before going to bed, then wake up 100x to pee) or maybe because I have to pee? Is it normal, something to mention to my doctor?

I actually think it's stretching pains, because they've been with me all day today, I haven't had ANY up until now, so I guess it's time for them!

It can very much be that because even though your not too far along your little one can be literally laying on your bladder lol.....or it could also be from the way that your sleeping or stretching.....if your really worried talk to your doctor.....But I honestly think you and your bub are fine :)

I'm only 12+3, maybe it is because I have to pee, I'm not sure, I have a really hard time getting comfortable, so maybe it's the way I sleep! Who knows! Hopefully it's normal!
