Even tho the dr. Has told me that it is safe to take Tylenol I haven't took any. I did have to take a low dose of Benadryl for allergies & took a small pill to help me sleep one time when I had a sneezing attack! It is really up to you & what you feel comfortable with! & congrats :) I am a 1st time mommy as well & worry about alot of things.

Tylenol is the only pain reliever that is safe during pregnancy.  Heating pad for the backache...or rest.

Here's a link to help and give you info on bloating, gas and stomach pains.

To help with the sore nipples always wear a bra...this will come an go during your pregnancy.

For the nausea try to eat something see if that helps...hard candy's or suckers always helped me some...and if it gets horrible like mine does in the first trimester your Dr can prescribe medication that is safe to take.

Good Luck and Congrats on your pregnancy!
