what prenatals do you all take?

I'm taking the Similac Prenatals , but Everytime I take them they make me sick. Looking to try new ones, any recommendations?

I was taking the similac ones as well and they were making me sick too. When I took them at night I slept terribly and was still sick in the morning. My doc suggested trying the gummi version. You take two a day instead but they are easier on the tummy.

2 flintstones complete everyday . I use them my 2 previous pregnancy and currently with this one and kids are great!

Vitafusion gummies. My dr. gave me samples of the similac ones and they made me feel sick everytime i took them

I also take Citranatal and it does bother me at all. My sister has really bad morning sickness and she takes the same as me and she doesn't have a problem when she takes it

I've tried the similac ones they made me sick also the doctor perscribed me prenatal And they seem to work fine for me.

Centrum Materna.. I take them at night as well, I had bad morning sickness in the beginning and just got into the routine

Nature made prenatal multi.. I take them at night, they don't make me sick plus vitamin a is 100% beta carotene which is even better

I take nature made.. have you tried taking your prenatals with food? That's the only way I can take mine. Also if it turns out the iron is making you sick then I'm pretty sure flinstone and vitafusion gummies have no iron but don't quote me lol

you should try vitafusion they are prenatel gummies and taste very fruity

Rainbow light prenatal one. They are food based so they are easy to digest and gentle on the stomache.

Im taking Citranatal care, they've never made me sick

Chances are its the iron thats making you sick not the brand. Try just a plain folic acid and healthy diet on top of it to get your other vitamins. Or if you can find a prenatel with less iron you should be good to go :) also taking them before bed instead of in the morning may help also :) hope that helps
