I have EXTREME acid reflux and indigestion EVERY DAY. It just got to the point to where time don't even work anymore. I want to know hHowell RELIEVE it..not prevent it
My doctor had to prescribe me something because even water was giving me heartburn and I was throwing up too much. I didn't want to take it but I love it! I would ask your doctor for something.
I take tums but when they don't work I take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. I know the apple cider vinegar sounds desusting but it works for me. My dr. Told me not to eat so much dairy because that cause alot of the problem.
