Tdap shot

im almost 29 weeks and dr told me I need to get the tdap shot to protect my baby from whooping cough when he is born. Has anyone taken this shot? And where on your body do they give it?

You know im 36 weeks n my dr hasnt even mentioned it n i keep forgeting to ask! Ugh

Got mines last week in my left arm and it was definitely sore for about 2 days

It's in your upper arm. And it's sore for a bit but worth it to protect bubs. Not as bad as the rogam if you had that one.

I got it in my left arm and it was less sore than when I got the flu shot.

I got mine in my left arm. It hurts for a couple days but then it stops

They gave me mine on my right arm, because they didn't want me to baby it ( I use my right arm all the time) it's tender for a couples days. Feels like you were losing in a game of punch buggy. But you have to get it, and it's not that bad.
