what's the best thing you received

What would you already mommies say was the best thing you got/received that helped you out with your baby? What is something you would recommend to ftm? Thanks Ladies!! :)

The car seat covers. They bungee around the car seat to keep your baby warm and if you have cold windy winters like we do is hard to keep a blanket  down.  Also  I portable high chair I got for xmas. Its so hard keeping your baby on your lap to eat when you go to your friends and family house. Me and my daughter love it. She likes knowing she has her own chair

Swing! Its like a sleeping potion lol. Puts them right to sleep so mommy can clean and go do whatever around the house for a little bit
