when can our babies hear in our belly?

At 11 weeks their ears drop down by 16 weeks they have really bad hearing amd week 18 they can hear us but its kinda muffled because the fluids around the baby. I was told to start singing to baby at 12 weeks

Im pretty sure it's 18 wks, thats when the little bones in their ears are fully formed lol
But you can still play music thru your tummy, helps w/ the bonding experience (:
