3 positive pregnancy tests in 1 year, but not had sex in many years, then biopsy of Uterine wall

Two years ago I was told by 3 doctors that I was pregnant, except that I haven't had sex in 13-years! I just had a biopsy because an ultrasound showed a thickened uterine wall.  They found a polyp, nothing big I'm told, but then my WBC Count went from 7.2 to 14.4 in 12 weeks.  What could cause this?

My sister went in to the doctors when she was having the most irregular periods ever! And they did a urine test and said she was pregnant and haven't had sex in years..they had to do a blood test to make sure she wasn't.. but what they found out if that she had cancerous cells in her ovaries..(got them layered out and has no problems with her period anymore) but I wish you the best of luck with everything!
