Yeah i try to do constructive things..it happens in the middle if my sleep too. I can be dead a sleep then get restless cause my heart feels like its racing and then i end up pacing most of the night

I experienced this right from the beginning of my pregnancy and it was awful! It used to cause me to have panic attacks which was not fun. I used to tell my doctor and have her check to make sure I was getting enough oxygen etc which she assured me I was it was my mind nd over thinking of it what made it ten times worse. I found that getting up and doing something such as the hoovering, washing up helped a lot as it took my mind off it. Give it a go just anything that stops you sitting around thinking about it :)

I have had that during my pregnancy. Suddenly your breath just is gone. I'm nut sure why, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem unless you are getting reallydizzy too. Mention it to your doctor so they know what is going on. Just concentrate on breathing at those moments
