what to do when you cant sleep @ 33weeks

I seriously can not sleep at night. I cant get comfortable, have acid reflux and heartburn, im hungry, bored and sick of watching tv. I try to read but i cant get in a comfortable position and i give up. My mind is racing! Honestly i want to go for a long walk but im scared to go alone at 1am. Every night i end up goin to sleep around 5am then sleep till noon and i dont know why :( im tired i just cant fall asleep! Help
