body temp..soo confusing

ok so ive been charting my bbt and i kno its lower b4 u ovulate the it gets slightly hight after well according to my chart i havent ovulated yet my temp yesterday was 97.4 today it was 98.3 what the heck is going on im day 16 in my cycle and the same time every night for 3 nights now i get a headache and my temps have been 98.9, 99.1 and 99.1 can anyone explain what is gong on???

the whole thing is is it only happens at a certain time during the day and i feel fine besides the headaches omg this sucks soo bad and yet my cm is still going strong grrrr... thanks for your response it was much help

they can be, I have alot of headaches, and they got really bad sense I got pg.  But sounds like you might be running a fever... well and not to get your hopes up at all, but mine didnt come down either, I charted it at 97.2 and it just kept going up once I was pg, it stayed at 99 and still is.. I am always hot now.. But again, just keeping checking and keep trying...

yea ive been charting and according to my cm i ovulated day 12 in my cycle it is now day15...i really cant tell with my temp its been up for two days 99.2 was the highest and im normally between 97.4 and 98.6 and its stayed hight for 3 days now having horrible headaches r headaches normally a sign of ovulation?

I used fertilityfriend.com to chart my temps and I knew I was ovulating but according to the site I hadn't... uh- I'm pregnant now so I know I did but not according to them...  My bbt was all over the place - even before/after ovulation.  By the temps you mentioned I'd say you ovulated.  Try using an OPK - I had success with the Target brand...

Are your periods regular?  It is always possible to ovulate a little later for unknown reasons.  Stress can also cause your ovulation to be delayed, thus delaying your period.

I did the bbt, are you using a basal thermoter?  And your temp only rises a few tenths of a degree when you ovulate, I only went from 97.2 to 98.1 when I ovulated,  than it never came back down and I was pg. So do you count of days after your period, and take the temp same time every morning.  There is another way to tell you are ovulating if you are comfortable with it, it is feeling for your cervix, it lowers when you have your period and raises when you ovulate, I think.. That is how I knew I was pg before my test came back positive, too.. Look it up online and it will tell you better.. Good Luck
