who is the father?

I am reposting this question with more details that may help you all understand the details of my situation in question. Ok, My first day of my lmp was 9-21-11. My cycle last 5 days. My ex and I had sex unprotected on 9-24-11 my second to last day on my period. And on 10-4-11 the following week. He ejaculated in me both times. On 10-9-11 I had sex with another guy he ejaculated inside of me. So on 10-10-11 I took a pregnancy test which came back neg, and on that same day took the morning after pill. Then I took another pregnancy test on 10-16-11 and it was positive. I am trying to figure out who the father is. My due date is 6-28-12. HELP!!.

Very close to call, but getting a positive pregnancy test only 6 days after you had sex with the second guys is highly unlikely. Good Luck

There's just no way to tell. Your dates are too close together to be able to determine paternity this way. You'll need to get a paternity test once the baby is born. As someone else said, sperm can live up to five days, and you had sex with them less than a week apart.

Its funny... I am pregnant and we have the same due date.. I know the exact day my husband and I had sex and it was Oct 6th. So in all reality depending on when u ovulated it could be either one.. Sperm can live up to 5 days but eggs only live 24 hours.so I exs sperm lived for 5 days and u ovulated on the day or the day before u did with the other guy there is no way to tell.

Honestly it could be either guys. You had sex with them within 5 days of one another so really it's too close to be able to determine 100%. Also it is entirely possible to test positive on a pregnancy test 7 days after unprotected sex. Most likely it is your ex's but unfortunately it could be the other guys as well.

I would say it was your ex too. There wasn't enough time after sex with the other guy and when you took the test for it to be his. You wouldnt get a positive test 5 days after sex unless u were already pregnant.

I would say your ex is the father but thats me going on you having a normal cylce and ovulating on your 14th day...i hope that helps
