I'm right at 38 weeks and am dilating and thinning out I need ways to help me go into labor.
^^agreed! You're almost done, sex just gives me painful contractions all day but no labor, so no more of that:P
Nothing helped at all for me. At 39 weeks I got a membrane sweep the next day at 9:40 am my water broke and had a beautiful baby girl. They wont come until they are ready
Honestly just wait it out I know it's taboo to say but if you're baby isn't ready he or she won't come any sooner
