I don't go by weeks, I go by when I had my last period. Because not every month has the same amount of weeks. I had my last period on August 19th so that would make me almost 6 months..    I'm 24w6d and I'm due on may 26th...

There's 4 weeks in a month. If you're 17 wks you're 4 months cuz 4 months starts at 16 wks & 5 months starts at week 20. I would think its the same as regular weeks. My OB told me to go in for my gender scan @ 5 months & that's right when I'm 20 weeks

i do mine by every 4 weeks since there four weeks in a month. I'm 26 weeks so I'm 6 months.  so 4weeks would be 1 month..8 weeks is 2 months..12 weeks is 3 months..16 weeks is 4 months...20 weeks is 5 months...so on and so forth.
