If it becomes to much you need to set up an emergency sitter (like a family member that can come over for like an hour). Just go in the bathroom, blare some music on a little radio, and cry, yell, relax, whatever you need to let some of that pressure out.
Thanks ladies. I'm trying my hardest to be strong for the lil ones and the hubby( he's so upset he has to leave) but I can't but want to cry. Yall are so nice and thanks a bunch for the support.
Heck no! Thats a lot for anyone to handle. Pregnant or not! I have a few friends that are military wives with no kids, not pregnant and they voice the same feelings just because all the change is just so massive! You're a very strong woman, and I applaude your resilience in the face of all the chaos around you. it takes a special person to be a military spouse.
I don't think you're too moody at all. Any wife would feel that way about her husband being deployed and being able to see him or you children. Then factor in you're pregnant, and he'll be miss the last parts of pregnancy and the birth of that child - that is hard for anyone to deal with, never mind having the pregnancy hormones on top of it all. You're definitely not too moody - you're just hurt and worried about what's in store these next few months.
Ur not moody I would cry my eyes out I'm sorry u r going through this :( but just keep your head up for the little ones and tell them everyday how much their daddy loves them but he's out bein a hero <3 good luck
