Flu Shot

To all the mommys out there. I just had my first dr appt. And my dr suggested I get the flu shot. But Im 22 yrs old and Ive never had tje flu shot and I have never had the flu. Suggestions?

The flu shot also protects baby because they have your immune system for the first 6 weeks. I would get it. Better to be safe than sorry.

I got the flu shot as well not harmful for babiy. I never get the flu as well but we have to remember our body is carrying a human we can get sick pretty fast.

You don't have to get it. I've now had 2 my entire life didn't get it first pregnancy got it this time bc a lot illnesses going around and baby will be born in the middle of flu season I did it for her not me.

I got the flu shot with my second pregnancy and ended up in the hospital with preterm labor. I never get it but it's all about personal opinion.
