is it safe to work on a graveyard shift while pregnant?

My midwife actually told me that when I'm up moving I rock my baby to sleep so at night my baby is more active she said that alot of her patients go to night shift so that their babies are on a regular schedule sleep at night awake during the day I dunno if its true tho lol

I work from 10p to 6a at a gas station so yeah, you'll be fine lol

I worked 8pm-4am! I requested that shift and It was actually easier than having to wake up early because after sleepless nights its really hard to get up!

I work the night shift in a nursing home 9pm-7.30am its draining but a great excuse to sleep all day lol ive got 3 shifts left to do before i hav annual leave for 2 weeks then my mat leave starts :)

geez thanks! i'll try graveyard shift first but if it doesn't work i'll prolly think of a business wherein I can stay home :))

yeah but ur prolly not gonna like it lol...i was a baker and had to be to work for 3am.....i quit that job soooooooooo fast lol...i now work 2nd shift and it works better on my body =]

but everyone is different...u might like 3rd shift...my body refused to get used it
