Just take it slow. Working out is a good thing for us all. I had to stop during my first pregnancy due to a complication and missed it. It's a great stress reliever. Be careful though because I went right into a kickboxing class when getting back into it after I had my baby and pulled a back muscle! I needed to warm up a bit more before going to hog wild. good luck
Thanks hun, i havent workedout for à long time AND this morning was in The spirit of hitting The gym.
I just started working out & I'm 27 weeks too. I'm not a normal work out person but I know its great to do start with easy things & it helps your labor. Also good for baby.
Hi there. Are you saying you don't currently work out? If you are a regular work out person, there is no reason to stop during pregnancy unless something hurts or you have a complication. If you've never worked out, then you must start slow and keep it very low impact. Most new to working out and especially when pregnant are encouraged to get guidelines from your doctor. But certainly walking and light upper body lifting is probably fine. good luck
