My back and ribs hurt too much if I walk or do anything of that nature. So I've been going to water aerobics classes at my gym and it is perfect for pregnancy and helping with my back pain.

I do elliptical, or just walk at an incline on treadmill. I'm 28 weeks so jogging is getting a little uncomfortable. I do some weights but 8lb maximum

I walk and jog, I also do squats and leg lifts but I avoid anything that requires abs because my belly is getting bigger, I also don't lift weights that caused me to hurt and the doctor suggested I not lift heavy objects. I also really enjoy yoga

I wish I could but I have a bleed. I find out tomorrow if I can start. Although I need to get both food and fluids in my body and be able to keep them down
