help ! any suggestions ?

I'm in the process of getting custody of my 5 year old cousin ( super complicated story) but he has been through wayyy to much and is super sensitive and pretty difficult. But he's been doing so much better sincee he's been with me he says thank you he's learning shapes and how to count he doesn't cuss anymore ... anyways he has a really bad ear infection and he won't take his medicine ! I've mixed it with juice I've bribed him and nothing its a battle every time and he makes himself throw up after he takes it so its pointless ... anyone have any suggestions ?

Act like you threw then away in front of him. Go back when he isn't paying attention and grab them. Mix them with something when he isn't paying attention.

He tastes it in there he says ... I've even tried in a slurpeee I'm desperate he's up all night and miserable and it s hard cuz I can't like yell or be mean cuz I feel like he's already been through so much. And that's a good idea maybe I'll call the Dr and see if they have drops since he won't take it orally

Also speak to the doctor maybe there are ear drops he can take he is only 5 tho. Its difficult  when children have gone thru traumatic events and such. Be patient hun

Don't let him know its medicine when u mix it do it on the low. Have u tried that?

Sorry I know this isn't a pregnancy question but I just wanna know if any other moms had any suggestions that work with there kids.
