OH and I should add. 16 weeks is not late at all! 18-22 is the most common time to feel it.
I really wouldn't stress about it, every pregnancy is different, and just because it's your 2nd doesn't mean you'll feel movement earlier, position and placenta position can play a big part in feeling movement. Also, this is my 2nd pregnancy, and she's MUCH lazier than my son was, and the baby moves a lot at this stage, but is still so small you may not feel it, so don't worry about it, I'm sure he/she is doing just fine!
Im 29 weeks and i didn't feel my lil man til 18 weeks & now hes kicking all over and up in my ribs & you can see my belly move like like a wave when he rolls over :))
It happens to me too. He's usually facing my back when I have ultrasounds and my obgyn said when he is, I won't feel him move. So it could be that
I'm actuality going threw the same thing i'm 19weeks with my 3rd child and my previous kids where very active I went to the Dr and they said it was ok the baby still has alot of room to move around so everything should b ok...if you get even more worried I would go to the Dr just for reassurance...
I'm 17weeks and was wondering to..but I felt it yesterday.. I think I may have felt it before but thought it was gas.tmi...but I put my hand a little below my navel and felt it like that too..I was so excited ..but I know my baby is a mover cause when I went for a u/s the baby wouldn't sit still...this was a week ago..and when I went to prenatal care two days ago..the heartbeat kept fading from the baby constantly moving..but everyone is different your baby may start next week or even around 20weeks when u feel the hits stronger
Maybe its a GIRL and shes lazzyy :) or it just may be a lazy baby. I felt.my baby at 16 weeks 4 days exactly.
