expirenced moms on labor?

so I'm a couple days from my due date and its looking like I'm going over my due date because im not dialted or effaced at all and his head still isnt engaged :( i want to know what you ladies were doing when you went into labor. and what you think started your labor. i really dont want to be induced because im not comfortable with drugs at all but i dont believe in some of the stuff i see online about 'naturally inducing' -like castor oil? ya, i laugh at that cuz i dont think id naturally drink that stuff for any other reason besides starting labor. but like swimming, walking, gardening, sex, ect? things id do any other day. help me please? :) i love reading stories so give me details ;) thanks so much!

I tried everything walking, up and down stairs, dancing, squats, birthing ball, pineapple, chili, nothing worked for me but my baby's head was down Spence 7 months but I never started to dilated an I went over my due date ended up getting induced oh but I to never tried the Castro oil heard a lot of bad things.

I went into labor after having sex with my hubby a couple of times, sperm helps to get things going in there. :) I've also heard good things from friends about anckle rubs, and nipple stimulation. My sons head wasn't engaged at first but I did some squats for a while ane that really helped get him down and ready. :) Good luck!

im going on #5 and w all of them i tried everything sex walk hike jog ball everything under the sun but w all mine i ended up doing the castor oil and will prob do it w ths one also but my mom is a nurse so i did it under her supervision but if u just drink it it wont do nething i drank 2tablespoons drank a cold can of coke and took a hot bath and w all mine within 6hrs i was in labor hope u find wht wrks for u good luck
