My baby is 14 days old nd im worried bcuz he has lil red pimples all over his body idk if he allergic to something. He has them is around his mouth tooo..i wash all his clothes nd bottles please help could it be his milk

Try calling ur doc.its difficult to assess for so small ones right many may know d remedy but so small baby...

At two weeks old, those are common. Their bodies are trying to expel all the things their pores have been plugged up with. A bit of coconut oil or breastfeeding milk on his skin for a few days should help him. If they get worse or don't clear up in a week or two, have his doc look at him.
