Please helpppp ! ):

I had my Babygirl on wenesday!! And I did ripp I was wondering how long it will take for it to heal not completely but to the point where it doesn't hurt so much to move around , and won't swell up ? And what can I take to ease the pain and swelling ?:(

He did subscribe me some pills but they're expensive and idont have insurance. I wanted options of things I can drink.... And that aren't soo expensive at the pharmacy ..

Take warm sitz baths as well as ibuprofen. I had a second degree episiotomy and it took a long time to heal.....I know its not easy but try to sit and rest a lot for a week or so, that should also help with the swelling.

It really depends on how bad you tore. A small tear might only take a week or 2 and obviously the worse the tear the longer it will take. Ibuprofen or Tyelnol will help with the pain and swelling. Also use ice packs on the outside of your clothes down there if it gets to be too bad.

Ibuprofen is great for swelling,  and will ease the pain up.  I can't believe your doctor didn't prescribe you anything for the pain.
