Is it a pressure sort of pain? I'm a ftm, but I get that all the time too and I've found that it goes away when the baby moves. I think it's the baby's position, when you stand up it could be in an awkward position pressing down on your pelvis, for me it always feels like a giant painful weight resting on my bladder.
