worst pregnancy symptom...

Just curious to know what symptom has hit you ladies the worst during your pregnancy? Mines has definitely been heartburn and it drives me insane. It will just start up for no reason at all, I'm awake now at 5 am because it just hit me again. Only 30 more days :/

Definitely lowe back/hip pain. Only on the side the babies on which is always the right side. Sometimes so bad my right leg/hip gives outon me!

Babydue07182013 it is so bazaar how much we have so much in common with the due dates and the symptoms lol I saw your from DFW and I was born and raised there!! I moved to VA a few years back for school.

Nausea ... had to be the worst in the first trimester I couldn't eat at all as tge nasuea was thst bad ... easing off now ... but thats definitely it.

So far me its just been nose bleeds every now and then and sometimes back pain. I'm 24+5.

Heartburn so bad you wake up choking on stomach acid. Also, sciatic pain and tailbone pain! Oh...and my feet feel like they're collapsing....LOL!

Headaches they have been the worst everything else is ok and I can handle but headaches are a no no. I never got them at all even during my period and its just ughh

For me it has to be spd :( had a really easy pregnancy no symptoms until around 23 weeks then got spd leaving me in agony with my pelvis and tailbone every day

Morning sickness, or as I like to call it, morning, noon and night sickness. 32 weeks and it never went away. Got slightly easier, but I think that's just because it's like a habit now.
