Lol I think its adorable and I woul put it on my baby :)
And you can also use it as sleep wear.
If you don't think its appropriate only let the baby wear it in the house and take pics and send them to your husband so he don't get butt hurt that you didn't put the baby in what he got.
Lol brandi!! Those all sound like spencers shirts! Haha I saw one that I did like there tho it said milfs love me
N there was one that said I know what yer thinkin, that ****** smells coming from my daddy I thought that one was funny but I wouldnt put any curse words on my son especially since my neice and nephew read EVERYTHING now that they're at that age
Exactly why they've never been worn lol don't know wth my sister was thinking, but she is 16, so I guess we see what highschoolers hve on their minds these days...
^ oh my gosh!!!! THEM are ridiculous for a baby..or anyone for that matter!
I didn't even think of it as offensive at all until you pointed it out. I got 3 VERY offensive Indies at my baby shower. "Daddy used to get some before I came along" "too cute to play with your ugly *** kid" and "9 months trying to escape the p***y, a lifetime trying to get back in"...
Needless to say, they all still have the tags one them 10 months later...
I don't find daddy's lil squirt nearly as offensive.
Haha yourstruly, I know it's a bit "vulgar" but everyone that knows me knows that I'm very outspoken and quite the comedian so I wouldn't think twice about putting my child in something like that.lol
I had to log in and respond to this one!! I have to say, i am prettt conservative, but i thought that was hysterical and adorable! Lol, i probably wouldnt put it on him for my pastor or ggrandma, but i think anyone other than those 2 people, no matter how snooty would find it adorable! :-)i
Well screw them, it isn't anyones business but yours. People are awful, you just gotta take everything with a grain of salt, and keep that pretty head up. You will be awesome!
Acline I saw that one a few weeks ago!! I thought it was funny but everything from spencers is so vulgar
Thanks everybody! I actually feel 100x more comfortable knowing all yu ladies dont see a problem with it...I was just worried because im a young mom and people are goin to be judging me as it is
I think people are just way too judgemental of pregnant women, and mothers. Honestly it makes me crazy. So anytime someone says something rude or nasty I have started replying "Oh look, another persons opinion that I didn't ask for and doesn't matter." It really does the job, the same way rubbing someones belly back when they rub mine randomly does. I beieve in the golden rule. So being rude towards me usually mirrors how I will respond to a person.
My family would find that shirt hilarious.
I'd put my kid in something from spencers, as long as it
wasn't too bad.
If it were swearing or being really inappropriate, I probably
would return it, but it seems alright to me.
Peaches by the time he is old enough to fit in it my hubby will be home
I'd laugh and let baby wear it at home or to my mil's.
I think its funny..lol. probably wouldnt put baby in it in public...but if i was around home or maybe going to see my in laws etc i would do it :)
I think its funny and I love that my husband is thinkin about him while hes over there I just didn't know how people would react to it! Thanks ladies now I wont feel guilty letting him wear it
I think jessica is rite. U can always have ur baby wear it when ur hubby is around. Or since he is in Afghanistan u can take a pic of ur baby and send it to him.
I would nevvvvvveeeeerrrrrr put my child in something that has a cuss word or something really inappropriate on it. But the one your taking about actually sounds quite funny lol i would definitely put it on my son. Mayby not around his family (they are prude) or a doctor visit but anywhere else id be fine with
My friend got me one that said "all I remember from last night is sucking on some ti*ties and *****ing myself" and I think it's hilarious. I would absolutely let my child wear it. It depends on what YOU like and not everyone else.
you don't have to put baby in it to go out on public. besides the baby will grow out of it too quick, not to mention he/she will prly stain it the first time wearing it. Personally I don't find it inappropriate, just funny. Depends in the person. If it had curse words on it, I might object. Someone have me a onesie that said "tax deduction". I found that one more offensive to be honest. I don't think it's a big deal. And you learn quickly when you become a Mom that it doesn't matter what you do, someone will always have something to say about you. Just gotta know what matters.
I think it's funny, that wouldn't really offend me at all, older women might, but who gives a crap.. now a days mohawks offend older women. As for the previous poster, I wouldn't put a onsie with a cuss word or anything, but since your hubby was probably trying to just be sweet I'd save it and maybe wear it at home if you're not comfortable.
