wtf is wrong with l&d?

Ok so I'm 30 weeks, and at about 1pm today I started getting the worst cramps and back pain. It lasted three hours.so I finally went into l&d. They hooked me up. Waited. Said I had a few contractions and alot if irritability. They wouldn't check me. Abd this pain is so bad. I can't move . Just want to bawl my eyes out. It is now 7 hours later and nothing has changed or eased up. They sent me home. I don't get it. Why would they not check me, especially after I told them I had back labor with my son. I feel as if they just didn't care. I told them the pain is like a 7-8. Why did they send me home. I'm hurting so bad.

I would go back if you know there's going to be a shift change with the doctors. Or maybe go to a different hospital.
