Hey girls, I'm concern because I am a week late on my period but I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I have had backaches, headaches and blotting. Other than that no other pregnancy symptoms. Could this be something more serious?

Just give it a little longer to see if it will come. If you are really stressed it can also cause it to be late.

Backaches aren't a symptom of early pregnancy.  

It sounds like your period is just late and will be heavy.
