Recently somebody told me zofran is horrible for the baby... But i have hyperemisis & it is the only thing that stops my from getting sick n being nauseated all day... Has anyone else heard bad reviews ??

I have been on zofran since I was about 8 weeks, and I am now 27 weeks with a perfectly healthy baby girl :) I could not keep anything down, still can't sometimes so now I only take as needed

As far as I know it doesn't harm them. I had hyperemesis so bad I was put on a zofran pump. It was the only thing that let me function at all. My baby is 8 days old and is perfectly healthy.

I work in a pharmacy. Zofran is a class b drug.   It is fine for the baby.  Class c and up  hurts the baby.

I heard they are doing tests on it to see if it really is. Pretty much I had more pros for it than cons. I couldn't drink anything and then with zofran I couldn't drink water still.
