Ct scan with/without dye

Hi, I recently had a ct scan of my chest. In the Topogram view it looks like there is a artery that's ballooning out on the left side of my chest. The report says my left lung is larger than my right. From what I've read its suppose to be the opposite. I don't know enough about anatomy to know if its suppose to be this way. I do have aneurysms in my head and tortuous stuff so am familiar enough with them. If I post a picture can someone take a look?

We unfortunately do not do direct image interpretation on this message board as per my institution's policy but I can suggest that you should talk to your physician about your concern.  However, usually the left lung is larger actually in appearance.  Also the normal aorta usually bulges out on the left side and the pulmonary arteries appear on both sides.

Here is a good video about what a chest x-ray typically looks like which is basically the topogram on a CT of the chest.
