Anemia?

my girlfriend has had anemia for a few years now. she has the usual side effects from it from time to time but the past couple days she hasn't been eating as much. shes vomiting, dizzy, has a swollen lip and she just doesn't feel too good. i took her temperature and it's normal. could these be symptoms of anemia she hasn't experienced before or could it be something else?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How is your girlfriend? The symptoms of anemia include  fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, headache, coldness in the hands and feet, pale skin an chest pain. If she experiences vomiting and swollen lip, have her checked by her doctor for proper evaluation. It is important that she stays hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Take care and do keep us posted.
