Dizzy, Headache, Drowsy, Vision Problems

For about two years, I have had the following symptoms: (The all appear together, they all disappear together)
Fuzzy vision, Headache in the forehead and back of my head, Lightheadedness; feeling like I'm going to faint or topple over, and feelings of panic, I also start to sweat.  I've seen an endocrinologist, ear/nose/throat specialist, general doc. with blood tests. All came back normal. I get this feeling only in public-never at home. It's ruining my life!!! Any ideas?

Of course I'm no specialist, but this sounds like agoraphobia to me: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agoraphobia

If that's the case, there are very efficient cognitive therapies for this kind of disorder. :+)
