Help???

symptoms include low grade fever, nights sweats, weight loss, lack of energy, 74 year old male. Did get bit by something 4 months ago. Have been on 7 different antibiotics, lab work comes back normal. Not sure what is wrong?

He has been tested for TB, they think he has had infections and prescribed the antibiotics.

Has he been tested for TB?  Being on 7 different antibiotics isn't good for anyone, do they think he has an infection or possibly a virus?  What about different autoimmune system tests such as for lupus?  What about his colon, any problems there?
