Hi,
How are you? Do you still experience your symptoms? Diagnosis of a hemorrhoid is with direct clinical examination. It also present with bleeding during bowel movement. Eating plenty of fibers and drinking plenty of fluids will also help. Take care and do keep us posted.
Yes, it sounds like you probably have hemorrhoids, but if they haven't gone away since the time you posted this, it's more than likely that the hemorrhoids are internal rather than external and would require the care of a doctor. Please don't be embarrassed by this, though! There's nothing you've done wrong that led to this, it's just unfortunately a part of being a human being. So please go see a doctor, okay? You certainly don't want to have this problem turn into something more serious, I'm sure. No one will have to know that you had to go see a doctor or that you had this problem. But taking care of this the right way with a good doctor will save you from a lot of potential pain and complications that could have been prevented.
So please go see a good doctor, preferably a proctologist or gastroenterologist. They'll be able to take care of you quite easily and fix this painful problem! Good luck!
