Malaise and facial flushing

In the early PM, every day for the last few weeks, I feel a warm sensation in my face but there is no redness. Then in the late afternoon I experiecne a malaise feeling but my temperature is always normal or a trifle below normal. By morning  the symptoms  have completely disappeared, only to return in the early PM.

yeah this used to happen to me and also to one of my mates. He was a heavy stoner so i dont know what was wrong with his face but i CAN tell you that i used to have anxiety and sometimes my face would get real hot and not red. I used to freak out and it got worse because i kept worrying about it. If i were you, i would see a doc and just not worry about it. youll be fine. it goes away eventually, just try not to think about it. Im sure subconsciously your expecting this to happen every afternoon so when it happens, just let it go and put some cold face clothes on your face. that helps a lot

I don't know if this will help but some questions that may illuminate the answer are:
What are you doing when the symptoms start?
Where are you?
Have you eaten? What did you eat?
What differences are there between when the symptoms start and stop?

Keep a log of your symptoms. Good luck to you.
