Mouth ulcers

Hello everyone, I wanted to post this to see if anyone can help.  I've had sores in my mouth for the past 11 years.  I have them all the time, they are on the inside of my lips only, they do not hurt, they heal in one place and come out in another, but i have sores all the time 24 7.  i have seen several doctors, have had numerous tests and noone has been able to tell me what is causing this.  at first it was thought that it could be Bechets disease but that was ruled out.  I have seen gastros, have had biopsies and nothing, noone can tell me what this is.  Although it does not hurt it is very bothersome to have these sores in my mouth all the time.  It is not contagious because my partner does not have them.  I see the dentist regularly and have very good dental health, and not even him knows what this is. Does anyone have this or know what it could be.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Recurrent mouth ulcers can occur in a number of patients. The cause of recurrent mouth ulcers is often unknown and factors such as anxiety, oral trauma, medication effect,  and hormonal changes may increase the chances of getting them. Also, around 40% of people who have recurrent mouth ulcers have a family history of the condition. Underlying medical conditions to be contributory include Vitamin B12 deficiency, iron deficiency, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, reactive arthritis, and immunodeficiency. These should also be ruled out by your doctor.  Take care and best regards.

You may well exclude Takahara's disease( Acatalasia), benign condition with absent catalase enzyme. These patients may present with recurrent oral ulcers.
