Multiple symptoms help

If you are reading this please give me something:(. I was in to lifting weights and rigorous exercises.  I have 4 children who I have a hard time keeping up with in the last two years.  It's truly heartbreaking to not be able to hold your children or wrestle with my twin boys.  Two years ago I returned to my primary care physician with chronic low back pain.  She referred me to physical therapy.  I completed pt.  He suggested it was my lack of flexibility. Next, the primary had an X-ray (normal results). After she referred me to a pain management doctor.  I also went to another physical therapist who thought the concern was my lack of small stomach muscle control from multiple pregnancies and surgeries of the abdominal area. MRIs of the lower back we're good.  I was also seeking chiropractic care.  She believes it is all structural.  The pain moved to my mid back and neck about 8 months ago.  Mid back MRI had two slight bulges, but the pain management doc says that is not the source of the pain.  I have tried meds like Effexor and gabapentin without success.  RELATED SYMPTOMS:  7 months of horrible anxiety issues (no prior anxiety issues), 7 months of constant infections (strep, pneumonia, 4 sinus infections, 4 bladder infections). I had never had any of these in the past 34 years of my life!  My newest symptom is tooth pain on the right side of my face; however the dentist does not see any issues via X-ray or exam.  I went from healthy super mom of 4, working full time as a teacher, and an individual dedicated to physical activity to feeling anxiety, unmotivated, immune compromised, and in constant pain. Could these all be related?  The back pain has been the constant.  The others just started about 7 months ago.  The only prior diagnosis I have had in my life is IBS.  I am now seeing an ENT, Urologist, pain management specialist, psychiatrist for anxiety, chiropractor 2x a week, and will see a rhementologist (misspelled) next month.  Any ideas?  I'm starting to become depressed because I feel like it will never end.  Some doctor somewhere has to have the answer...

I just saw your post, sorry. I was in same boat, very active and in gym 4 times per week, lifting weights and getting in great shape. Got food poisoning (my husband also) and got Reiter's syndrome, now called Reactive arthritis. I have been messed up w/ joint pain and eye inflammation for a month now.  I also have pain in butt bone or sacroiliac that started about 4-6 days after diahrreah w/ food poisoning. You could have it from the strep you had. I had to see a cardio dr the other day. i took steroids, also have eye steroids i am currently on. You could also have ankylosing spondylitis, but that usually involves eye issue. look at both. Strep could easily leave behind or cause REACTIVE ARTHRITIS, even a month-5 months after strep. Do you have any blurry eyes, watery eyes in am, or crust in corners, red eyes? Also that pneumonia you had (could have been clamydia pneumonia, which is called that, but is  NOT from sexually transmitted clamydia) and can also cause the reactive arthritis. I have done extensive research on this arthritis and also the ankylosing spondylitis in past few weeks and you should have rheumatologist look at these. I have spine pain now. I also wake up in morn worse, like someone has punched me in upped back. My hip/butt (sacroiliac bone still hurts). I need a steroid shot in my knee. After my bacterial or food poisoning, I started to urinate constantly and the tube that you go from (URETHRA) i could feel it was in pain, most likely swollen or inflamed.  Then i had bad stabbing pains throughout body and bone pain all over, hip, knees, lastly knees swelled. I went to rheumatologist. I do not have RA, rheumatoid and the inflammation test was negative. I had taken some antibiotics as did my husband (CIPRO for the food poisoning) but this type of arthritis is like an auto immune thing and sometimes lasts 3-6 months, the strange thing is: some days we feel better (not all way and only some pain) and some days are brutal. moving around helps us. We are on Aleve, 500 mg twice day and flax seed oil. I go back to rheumatologist on tues and optamologist on thursday and also waiting on echocardiogram/ultrasound of my heart. I have strange heart rhythm issues. My husband has joint pain and possible eye issue, but no joint swelling. forgive my spelling..hope you feel better.. I am about to turn 43 in 2 weeks and really upset that i am immobilized also :(
