My question is about rabies exposure, symptons and vaccine, help?

On july 13th 2016, a stray cat that has been around my house for a few years bumped into me accidentally trying to come to my house. Problem : cat was losing weight due an infection in his leg. I was covered by his blood and I felt a scratch. I called Animal Control , cat was euthanized, but not tested for rabies. I took the rabies shots  in may 2014. My doctor did not reccomend a booster, but checked my titers which are greater than 0.9 and greater than 1:5. Per doctor I am safe. I have been feeling numbness in my hands and arms and went to the neurologist which suspects carpal tunell. I am very worried about rabies since I was not reccomended to take a booster due my titers level. How accurate my doctor is and How safe am I? Should I worry about rabies and go for a booster. Please your information will be extremelly helpful . Thank s G

As far as I know the one shot is fine.  You could always get retested but it has been 2 years so it is unlikely.
