Persistent Genital Arousal disorder?

This persistent arousal on the right side of my vagina has started in October 2009. I don't know what is causing it. Took STD tests all came with negative results. I masterbate on the right side to help releave the agitation. the doctor told me no BV, or yeast or std. I had full hysterectomy in 2003 due to uterusprolapse. Went to several doctors visists. This persistent arousal on the right side of my vagina is unbearable. I am seeing psychologist, and therapist. In addition to taking medications.  I'm thinking it may be a persistent genital arousal disorder but then i can't understand why is it only aggitating me on the right side of te pelvic?  I need!! I need answers!!!  I'm very desperate for relief. I Don't know what else to do. Please doctors who knows something about this help me. I don't believe that its an obssession over my vagina.

I also have the persistent genital arousal on the right side. I masturbate many times in a row to try to relief it. Any relief is short-lived and rarely thorough. I had a hysterectomy two years ago. I also had a bad fall while snowboarding one year ago. It started and worsened gradually after that. I'm seeing PTs and doctors. It's uncomfortable and all-consuming. I originally thought it could be due to change in type or depth of orgasm I'm having (since I no longer have a cervix or a uterus). Lately, I'm thinking it's something to do with the pudendal nerve (spinal area near to where I fell). Dr. Waldinger has done a lot of research on this "new" disorder. Look him up. I'm searching and searching for answers.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? It is good that the tests done were negative for sexually transmitted diseases.  Little is known about  the cause or cure of Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS) or Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). The origin could be physiological wherein there is problem with the neurotransmitter in the brain or it could be caused by holding extreme stress in the muscles of the lower back and pelvic area. Ice packs, medications and surgical methods have been tried.  However, there is not enough studies showing positive results. This link may be helpful: http://www.psas-support.com/
Take care and best regards.
