Rabies Vaccination Complications?

I was bitten on the thumb by a mouse while camping 5 days ago. (I was sleeping and when I felt him bite me I woke up and saw him scurry off). I went to the hospital for a Tetanus shot the next day and was given two shots for tetanus (one in each arm) as well as advised to start Rabies treatment since I couldn't catch the mouse. I was given rabies immune globin in the thigh and two rabies shots in my upper buttocks. I also received an antibiotic for the bite. A day later I felt really sore and  slightly light-headed but no other symptoms.

Today I had my day three injection. (A single shot in my arm). They watched me for 20 minutes and I felt slightly light-headed, but it went away. It is now about ten hours later and I feel slightly light-headed again and mildly achy. No other symptoms. Should this give me cause for concern or could this just be a side-effect of the vaccine?

I have read that rabies is very uncommon in mice and have been assured that I may not even have rabies, but this light-headed feeling is making me nervous since "flu-like symptoms" is listed as a symptom of rabies.

Thanks.

i got my rabies injection 9 months ago. since then my extremities are frequently numb, having pins and needles, the back of my neck is hurting constantly, there is a lot of confusion in my head and i could continue with the symptons.

During the first five months i was literally in hell. Since nine months i have been receiving accupunture treatment and since five months i am taking homeopathic remedies.

the symptoms are gradually getting less severe, but are still present to the extent that i can not lead the normal life i once had.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? The wound site, depth, degree of tissue injury and time interval are usually considered in giving the rabies vaccine. Some side effects of this vaccine include any of the following: rash, fever, headache, nausea, and neuritis which is usually  transitory. Your symptoms an be just part of the side effects. Try not to worry. If it persists, inform your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
