Unexplained Bizarre Symptoms... Been sick for months

I am a 21 year old female.
I have depression/anxiety/bipolar. I have Non-Epileptic Seizures and migraines.

I got very sick in November of 2008 and have been very sick and getting worse ever since.
In November I was diagnosed with Pneumonia, sinus infection, ear infection and a nasty virus. I never really got better,

Symptoms now:
- Constant headache and/or migraine... Pain meds hardly touch it
- Pain in the backs of my arms, horribly painful to the touch
- Pain in the backs of my legs, cramps and restless like
- Still have the virus from November, with the virus like symptoms
- Everyday fever, around 100-102 F
- Weakness and fatigue
- Quite a bit of nausea and vomiting
- Neck and back pain

Had normal CBC
Normal MRI
Normal urine

Was in minor car accident about 2 weeks ago and things intensified... Not sure if this is relevant or not, but my dr did a neck x-ray and my spine curves out, not in toward my neck. He said it's completely reversed and severe.

I have been so sick for so long, does anyone have ideas?

Thank you.

Thank you so much.... I think that the car accident made things WAY worse. I can't even pop my neck like I used to. I've had neck x-rays in the past and my neck has NEVER looked like this, it's always been normal. I've had serious migraines for the past 6-8 years and about 3 times a month... Since I've been sick they NEVER let up and I'm on serious pain meds. Until my dr. can get me into the University of Washington, he has me on steriods, however they're making things worse and I cannot sleep because Prednisone makes me very anxious.

Thank you so much for your input, I appreciate you sharing your wisdom with me. I will definately use your tips and would love to stay in touch.
Again, thank you so very much.

This is all just guess work, but if your spinal condition pre-dates the car crash it would explain all the pain symptoms and possibly the migraines and nausea.  The stress of these would in turn explain your body's inability to shake off the virus(es).  So my advice would be to concentrate on alleviating your spinal problem and hope everything else follows.  And REST!  A LOT!  That is, delegate every last responsibility to other people until you are better and do nothing the least taxing (except trips to the hospital).

In the meantime, my advice as someone who was chronically ill for 12 years is this: when the pain is really bad, escape to your imagination.  Imagine you are a brave spy refusing to betray your comrades under torture, or imagine you are one of those nineteenth century invalid heroines who made horrible illnesses look so romantic - role models don't have to be realistic to be positive, after all.

Good luck

I had an MRI done on my brain and he said it was normal. Tissues and all.

You are the 5th person that has told me to get checked for lymes... Guess I should check with my dr. first thing Monday morning. I might even call him today, we have his cell because we're very close.

Thank you so much for getting back to me, and so quickly!. I'm pretty desperate at this point.

If not u may want to have one to look at the soft tissues there.
