Hi,
How are you? There are many commercial laboratories that conduct tests including urine antigen tests  for Lyme disease. However, the accuracy and clinical usefulness of such tests have not been adequately established. The CDC recommends a two-step process in diagnosis of Lyme Disease using blood samples through an ELISA or IFA test and an immunoblot such as a Western blot or striped blot test. Take care and regards.

From what I've read and heard on the subject, and a quick literature search in the National Library of Medicine, there is no reliable urine test for Lyme disease, treated or otherwise. There is ongoing research in the area, but the currently available commercial Lyme disease tests are considered unreliable.
