my docters dont seem to believe me

i am a 24 year old male. i have had multiple symptoms that occur all day everyday and have been goin on for atleast 3 years.  the first symptoms were flu-like, nausea, a feeling of extreme internal heat followed by fainting.

  since then my symptoms include constant headaches, joint pain joint swelling and joint cracking. my body seems to shake constantly as if i am nervous, but i am not depressed or have any anxiety. i have  wavy vision and increased "floaters". dizziness upon standing or bending over and driving. pain and pressure in the ears~ the ears, vision, and balance all get worse if i have drank the night before. also no matter how much i drink i get horrible hangovers i have never experienced before. flu-like pain constantly in the low back down the legs to my feet, flu like feeling in my tongue.  pain in the shoulders that sometimes shoots up my face then feels like the side of my neck is pulling my facial muscles down. poor blood flow to the head. dehydration pain in the nerves in my teeth. i am italian and have always had very dark skin, but i have become more pale

i also get extreme chest pains and a feeling of heartburn but when that happens i swear the pain shoots up my shoulders and jaw into my teeth and hurts through to my back around my spine

all the physical problems are what started first. now im getting worse mentally.  i have short term memory problems.  i feel like im not living in reality.  my math skills are not what they used to be. i have trouble understanding things, trouble speaking at times and trouble actually thinking of words to say i guess is how i would put it.  i cannot concentrate at all. i used to have the best sense of direction out of anyone i know, now i find myself getting lost. sometimes i see black spots or blobs in my periferals that arent there.

i am constantly tired physically and mentally. i sleep for 10-12 hours a night and i am still tired and when i wake up its as if i never even slept, days just seem to melt into one another. again like i said~ a feeling of not being in reality

at this point i am very concerned it is something contagious because the last 3 girls i was with sexually all have developed the same issues, all starting with the internal heat feeling and fainting.  i have been tested multiple times over the years for all stds including HIV .  i have no history of mental problems or hypocondria.  my docter seems to think it is all mental but i know i am passing something along thats probably rare or overlooked in my sperm.  i have had chest exrays,  usually blood tests.

any opinions would help i just want someone to believe  me here. thank you~!

Look up Wilsons disease - i dont know that you fit the entire profile - but its a bizzare illness that causes many neurological, some psychological and hepatic related trauma

also i forgot to a that i have increased pain that has become severe in my neck. the muscles and the spine.  ive noticed that when i try to look down or touch my chin to my chest the pain worsens and shoots down my spine also causing vision problems and dizziness
