Well I was trying to upload a pic. of how it look, but wasn't successful at it.  It started after I stop smoking.  It first appeared on my left leg.  Then it spread.  It's round and flat,  it looks like scabs I don't know, i'm cleansing my body to see if that will help.

Hi,

I'm not a doctor but usually black tissue any where means the blackened tissue is dead or necrotic from a lack of blood supply.

These spots can you elaborate more about them like location, size, when they formed?

Did you have previous infection or trauma or recent surgery to these areas?

Do you have any other symptoms of illness?
